ok, i bought 10 bottles of water 500mls in each, well i have drank all them today and re-filled 2 more and drank them so i have had in total today 6 litres of water!!! can you have too much water?
im sure i read somewhere that you can kind of flood your body if you drink too much!!
think its because my mouth is showing signs of ketosis so i have been really thirsty.

I suppose the simple answer is yes, but as I understand the real risk arises when you drink alot of water in a very short space of time. If you drink steadily through the day there shouldn't be a problem. I think there may be some sticky's at the top of the page about water consumption.

First off...I think Porgeous is right, has something to do with flushing important things (like salts?) out of your body too quickly..

And second thing...PORGEOUS! What a fab new after photo!! you look fab!!

I hereby will listen to ANYTHING you say if I can look that good when I get to my goal! lol

Thanks hun, it's an old pic but I had to change it as I lent my shoes to a couple of lovely ladies on the "do something to the person above you post"

Right then listen up, drink you water, have your packs and watch yourself shrink.

Hi vampalicious :)

If you follow the CD guidelines on water you should be totally fine. I think it's an individual thing as well as to how much you can feel comfy with in one day.:)

As Porgeous says, it's more about NOT drinking wast amounts in a short space of time.
I'll have a look and find you some other threads about this subject and what other members have said. Your CDC should always be your first port of call though if you need specific answers or are having any probs :)

Lacey..xx:)

thank you :)
