Hi everyone, right this is my first try at this diet and i am wanting to do it 100% and not cheat. Now im wanting to know if the losses on SS+ (200kcal meal) are the same as just SS.
ss + is just as effective really, a tiny slower but there not much in it. SS made me dizzy sometimes so i was put on ss+ and ive lost 9 and 1/2 stone. Hope that helps x
