i am amazed that i am still under my intake for the day. and i had a tiny cheat! so this is what i ate
7almonds, Special k bar, shredded wheat
chicken, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, sweatcorn
turkey, 3 new potatoes, cabbage, broccali, couliflor, a lil yorshire pudding [treat]
mini mince pie!
so i guess making good choices at lunch and dinner really works, i feel really full. so tomorrow have to stay away from the treat!
