ANYONE OUT THERE?

Hiya...
I'm new to Cambridge & on day 10, and have lost 11lb which is great... but it's soooo hard! My counsellor is new herself and there is no group in my area, so I'm really struggling for support, though my family are being great. I haven't told my friends as a bit of me feels really weird about admitting to it, does that sound crazy? Have just said I am on strict diet. How have other people coped with this? One friend told me I was crazy to start a diet before Xmas, and sometimes I think she has a point!!!
I feel well and more alert than before, but quite hungry every day... I'm 5'8" and only taking 3 sachets, not sure if that is a factor. I guess I'm just looking for a bit of moral support... I'm determined and motivated, but feeling pretty isolated. Hoping this forum could make a difference to that!
