Well there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all!!

Well after my weekly counselling today I decided i needed some retail therapy so dragged my mate around shopping. I didnt have any intentions to buy anything just thought I would have a nosey to see whats out there!!

Anyways we decided to go into New Look as we both thought wouldn't it be great if we could fit into some of the clothes in here.
Well let me tell ya before I started this diet I was squeezing into a size 26, size 28 comfortably. So that meant I went to the "big bird" shops like Evans that catered for that extra large size. I have always hated shopping because I can't find anything to wear but today saw a lovely pair of jeans and a top and thought yea these look nice on a hanger but how good are they going to look on me? Anyways to cut a long story short I am no longer a size 28, 26, 24 but between a size 22 and a 20. I know its only 2 dress sizes but ya know it was the incentive that I was looking for as I have been feeling rotten lately!! It also means when I was off sick I haven't gained anything either, yahooooo...So onwards and downwards as I am going to give this diet a bloody gud fair shot as I have had enough of feeling fat and ugly. Its time this ugly duckling got her a*se in gear and changed to a beautiful swan!! I am absolutely elated.

Come on guyz we all can do it!!

You certainly can do it with that attitude, well done. Its brill about going down the dress sizes too, it is what this is all about and it is such a buzz x

Thanks everyone for your comments and I am really so happy, makes this diet more worthwhile hopefully by January when I am trying on wedding dresses I can get into a size 18 or 16 but for now I am jumping for joy.
