Raspberry Pudding

I ate my willpower!
I made this today and it was yummy. Really easy and it makes loads.

1 sachet of raspberry sugar free jelly (or any other flavour you fancy!) (1.5 syns)
2 pots quark
3tbsp artificial sweetener

Make up the jelly with 1/4 pint boiling water and stir until crystals have dissolved. Leave to stand for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, mix the sweetener and quark together until the quark becomes creamy.

Next add the cooled jelly to the quark mixture and beat until creamy. I find that using a stick blender works really well.

Put in the fridge to set. Tastes just like kids fromage frais!

Only 1.5 syns for the lot and makes about 4 portions.

It's so filling. I have had about 4 tbsp and I'm stuffed!
