Been reading through the forums the last couple of days - very helpful AS EVER!
Restarted CD - Hi to Bev! On Sunday had my first weigh in today... lost 4lb and am very pleased. Difficult to stick to.. AS EVER! But I know my target is achievable, the timescale is realistic and I also know that the stone I lose before Xmas will help me in the party clothes!
Keep up the good work everyone, I can see lots of progress on your signatures!! xx
