Hey all, I came across these 2 total body workouts which are simple (if not easy!) to do, can be done in your room and only require dumbbells:
1. 1 arm dumbbell squat to press
2. 1 arm dumbbell swing
I tried them and they are VERY effective -and you'll feel the impact!
