Somebody ordered food for a meeting at work and it was cancelled now there is only fresh air and my slimming world book beteween me pork pies sandwiches spring rolls and cake i am banging my head on my desk can somebody tell me why i am not to eat them!!! I ACCIDENTALLY POSTED THIS IN DIARIES TOO SO IGNORE IT GRRRRRR
 
Did you say your Slimming World book was on your desk? That sounds like a pretty good reason not to go face down in the pork pies! At the moment it's sitting there as a symbol of your determination to do something positive and constructive for your own personal happiness and wellbeing. Let's keep it that way! ;)
 
Yeah but you've got to eat something hun....... can you run to the shops and grab a pasta n' sauce or something?
 
Even some 0% Yogs and fruit to keep you going throughout the day would be good!

luckily most of it has gone i ate some cherry tomatoes off a platter and went to Morrisons to buy some melon mwuhahahahaha i am feeling very smug with myself.

Well done you! That is a hard thing to do sometimes. The other day at work it was someone's birthday. Most days I'm alright with stuff, my head is so focussed on keeping on the plan that I don't really crave much. But this day, I must've been due on or something, and there was this chocolate cake. I swear, I could have eaten the whole thing single handedly... and enjoyed every crumb of it. But I resisted. I deserved a medal for such bravery!! And so do you!
 
Pork pies are evil!!! well done minders chocolate cake is also evil lol someone has also brought in a 2 cadburys fun bags and a multi pack of disco's honest to god i don't know why i bother i am ignoring the lot of them in fact i'm gonna whistle blow them to HR haha
 
i feel your pain, sometimes the boss comes in with cream cakes and i have to politely refuse even though he taunts me with them!! bullying in the workplace i tell ya
 
IT IS BULLYING I FEEL VICTIMISED! today has brought no peace as it is butty run day so i thought no i won't order a breakfast sandwich i'll have my usual toast but some bright dspark set the toaster to cremate so i had burnt toast while everyone else tucked into bacon and egg stupid sandwich shop.
 
But just think Hun.....they are all getting fat, whilst you are looking fabulous!
If you know there is going to be a butty run in the future, why not go on a red day and prepare some bacon, Morrisons very low fat pork sausages, boiled eggs...all syn free and you wouldnt feel left out! I dont eat bread, but you could make it into a HeB sandwich too?
