Hi guys - I joined and went to my first class on Monday night. As obviously I hadn't been following the plan before class I came home and had one final 'have whatever I want' meal So, I finally started yesterday and feel like I had loads. Specifically on the egg fried rice (in fry lite) front.
I am so petrified that if I carry on like this I'll go to class next Monday and get a '1 on' response!
Does eating lots really work?? I'm sceptical but I hope so much that i'm wrong!!
Would love some reassurance from all you guys who know your stuff!!
