Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone could tell me if having organic wheatgrass powder would take you out of ketosis on CDssing?

Thanks

HI Yasmine-s, can't answer i'm afraid but didn't want to read and run. What is wheatgrass powder?

xx

It is a natural appetite supressant and if you have 1 teaspoon a day mixed in juice but I had water 'cos we can't have juice on CDss then it is nutritionally the equivalent of having over 1 kg of quality fruit and veg. It is supposed to give you a real energy boost and lift your mood. Someone who I know from Uni has lost over a stone in two weeks taking it and she was a size 12 anyway before and she said she had to make herself sit down and eat 'cos she kept forgetting 'cos she just didn't feel hungry!!!!!

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I tried it today and I did feel a lot more energetic.

Yay, no carbs! Looks promising. Where do you buy it? Holland & Barrett?
They only sell the capsules or the juice. I was told the organic powder form was the most effective. I bought some from ebay harvest moon suppliments or something.
