Hi everyone, well I posted the other day to get some info about the diet and here I am having started day one, so far so good, I must admit I don't feel hungry as such, just trying to get used to not eating solid food and I'm missing food.
But I have bought myself a dress today for a conference I have to go to at the end of Jan which is the incentive I need to get into it, I need to lose almost 3st for it to probably fit, hopefully this will spur me on!
Any tips or advice to help me get through the next few days?
