need help..

hi all im restarting CD from next week and have about 1.5stone to loose.. the problem is i have not way to make my shakes or soups at work.. do you know maybe if tetra pack are ok to have during week one ? as it will be my only way.

I was contemplating the same and as a result have today collected 7 tetra's to have at work (swapped from shakes)!

I bought a hand blender for home, but starting a new job next week I don't want my boss to think I am some kind of weirdo blending my drinks!!!

I am on day six and as far as O know it's fine
