I'm getting into WW nicely now..... and am slowly getting rid of the last 10 - 12lbs :) x

The Festive season is fast approaching.... and i'm getting worried by the number of do's i have to attend and the best approach to have!!!!

am i best off having low point brekkie and lunch... than enjoying say the evening meal??? ( but than will i go into like i've starved myself all day mode... and go way over points???? ) I so hate being out of control!!!!

can't even save points Eid week... as maybe 7 out of 9 days i am either invited to dinner/lunch/or a buffet :( I would be happy to maintain at a time like this...but any advice would be greatly appreciated :) x

Hey Hun,
What i tend to do is have a low point breakfast and lunch just few points and tend to pick at the evening meals as then i didnt feel i was missing out,i had what i wanted mainly for the meal within reason and each week i managed to stay the same.

I'd just stick to lower point options for b/f and lunch, (maybe set an amount of points you'd like to stick to) and then choose the lower point options when out, for example, at buffets, try to choose the not-quite-so-high-point choices and do the same for meals out, choose options with lots of veggies, chicken or fish, as opposed to lots of carbs and red meat? xxx

Yep I'd go for cutting down a bit during the day to allow for the bigger meals in the evening, you don't have to go hungry, fill up on lower calorie stuff like... dare I say it salad, veg etc. More importantly enjoy all the parties!

Oh goodness Porgeous, you look stunning!! Did you lose on Weight Watchers?? wow!!
I am worried about xmas too! I have asked my class not to buy me any chocs too to try to prevent last years box a night fiasco!
I am just going to try to be REALLY good on the days I have nothing planned and save as many as I can. Drink I feel could be my main problem! oh dear!

I'd give the same advice as already given above - enjoy each and every celebration! xxx
