made a veggie lasagne for tea with rice puddin to follow...........awesome tasted wicked............
used quorn mince
baked beans
butter beans
red lentils
tinned toms
bovril....stuff in a jar
mixed herbs
let it simmer for 40mins

white sauce
quark with a some skimmed milk
half fat cheese on top........a choice
use metal dish cos it cooks better
layer quorn and pasta then put cheese on top.....40 mins 180



used the recipe off here for rice pudding,
4oz puddin rice 2 pints of water cooked on 180 for 1 hour.......maybe a bit longer...
then when rice all soft and water gone mixed in creme frais...lowest fat one u can get......mixed with the fake sugar stuff........sprinkle nutmeg on top cook for another 30 mins......tastes yummy........

totally stuffed now............:D

Wow janie.com what a lovely dinner for sat night. I need to get my butt in gear and start doing things like that. Defo need to try that rice.
