Maintaining

princessria

is a pirate arrrgggghhhh
Does anyone else feel as let down with thereselves as me when they maintain, i expected it but at the same time i feel just as bad as if i had put on.

I think we all secretly hope that we will lose, even if it's just 0.5lb when we have been a bit naughty. I had a week where I had only been a little bit naughty the day before, but WI was the next day and I had gained 1.5lbs . I was gutted but it made me even more determined to get it off, and some, the next week, which I did and lost 2.5lbs.

So try and use the way your feeling to make sure that your not going to feel like that next week. Try doing a couple of Success Express days and see how you get on.

Yes it can make you feel like poop! But try to look on the bright side... it wasn't a gain and you may loose more this week.

I am terrible with the scales at the moment... one day I can have lost 2 pounds then the next I have put 1 back on... so now even though I stupidly weigh myself every morning I don't take the weigh in seriously till my weigh in day on a monday.

There are lots of factors... just stick to it and try to stay positive... go have a look at the funny thread... that will cheer you up for a moment..:)

I had missed 2 weigh ins (so 3 weeks) up until last Monday due to work and I actually felt like I had lost weight. My clothes felt looser and more importantly, so did my work uniform. However, at class, the scales showed that I had maintained.....for 3 weeks!!
I'm not really bothered to be honest. I know I have stuck to the plan and I know it will move eventually. Infact, what it has made me aware of is that I was getting in a bit of a rut with my foods and that I need to something about it!

I know i cheated a bit so i feel happy i dint put on i just feel disappointed in myself especially as i did so well my first two week but i'm going through a break up so i'm bound to be a bit up and down i guess, i have been weighing myself everyday too i always have probably not the best idea i suppose

My SWC said that shift workers find it harder to shift lb's on the scales. Cant remember why, but if your loosing it in inches then thats what counts!
