Second WI tonight...

And i maintained...

Wasn't too sure how to feel about to be honest. I'm always 100%.
Don't get me wrong, i was upset, had a tear in my eye, did my drama queen foot stomp, went out and had a fag and calmed down. Then went back and stayed to image therapy...

Conclusion?
It could be a number of things as i know it's not fat. Could be water retention, could be TOTM (I don't actuallt get periods - pill - so i have to guess when my 'time' is), could be my weight fluctuating or could be my body not knowing what to do with itself...

Either way i'm not letting this get in the way, i know the plan works, it's worked for me before. I've just got to stick to it, which i bloody plan to do!
Size 10 jeans are waiting for me after all!

Bah!!! Sorry to hear that mate...but as you've said, there will be a reason. And I bet it catches up with you next week. Size 10 jeans with your name on....

ps: how did your group like the tree?!
 
My consultant said to me i'm so focused she has every faith in me... I've already done my food plan for the next week, went to Sainsburys tonight and did my food shopping, coloured in my tree (and my 4 1/2 baubles) and ready to rock n roll.
(However if i've STS or gained next week, i will cry. Lol) xx
 
stick in there baby girl ..you will loose loads next week so you just stay focussed ok?
and i love your tree ..cant wait to get home saturday and print it for my little grandaughter abigail she will lurveeeee it !!

sorry you didn't lose this week. i guess sometimes our bodies just do odd things we cant understand...... well done for being positive and remaining focussed - that's the hard bit and you seem well on track! good luck for this week.

p.s sorry to be stupid but what tree?
 
At least you never gained. Don't let it get you down, just stick with plan and you will probably have a bigger loss next week.
 
ah ha - just found the tree post! I love it! It is the sort of thing I would spend hours doing at work!!! I will definitley print it off and get my felt tips out!!! Really motivational for me!

How can anyone be too cool for the tree?! LOL! See...you've already got your four and a half baubles, which rocks. A decent loss next week and you'll be halfway there :)
I got the boyf to print it off at work for me today. He didn't ask why, but gave me a funny look when he got home...and then went ahead and put the magnets from the magnetic draughts as baubles on the tree! hehe! He's ever so supportive, bless him!

My bf is supportive too, in his own little way haha...
He text me when i was at class tonight asking how it went, when i told him how I felt he replied with "I woudln't be upset baby, at least you didn't gain anything.. it'll sort itself out next week" <3
I've just sat here with my colouring pencils decorating mine...

No, some women turned their nose up at the tree! Do they not know the unbelievable power that is - THE TREE. lol. xx

Aye, he's got the obligitory attitude of - "I like you as you are but if it'll make you happy" blah blah lol... He's never really had a slim girlfriend and doesn't find skinny girls attractive but i said to him "Will you still care about me when i'm a size 10?"
He said.. "As long as you don't go into single digits on your clothes size" haha bless...
Nah to be fair, anything smaller would look stupid with me - i have massive boobs... xx
