Do any of you get a grumbly tummy. Mine has a mind of its own and I worry at times when the office is quiet that other people may be able to hear it.

My tummy talks to me all the time when I am doing SS - I occasionally talk back, but generally try to ignore it cos all it wants to talk about is food :giggle:

Seriously though, I find that a hot drink quietens things down!

I can sort of understand that. But I find my tummy rumbles particularly loudly when I have bad hunger pangs and a hot drink always seems to take the edge off my hunger, I suppose.

hi hun sorry about your grumbly tummy not good, i usually have a cup of coffee when i feel like that seems to work better than water x hope it stops grumbling soon x
