Right need a bit of a boost as want to lose a stone by Xmas and think it can be done if put mind to it - only done green and red days so far...
So, mix 2 max - will it spur a weight loss or is it designed to just give more flexibility?? Way I understand it (please tell me if barking up wrong tree):
Meals - red, green, red, healthy extras from either and syns at highest level - e.g sausages would be as on a green day??
Success express - 1/3 red or green free food, 2/3 superfree food, healthy extras from either and syns take highest level again???
Just think i need to do something different as now lost a stone, weight loss slowed down a bit Any other ideas of different stuff i can do? Tried varying healthy extras a little bit but normally end up using them on cereal bars or bread cos they're easy to take to work! Am ill and off work at the mo but still trying to stick to plan as much as I can, have HE soup and free soup in freezer
