You can't take tetras (200ml) .. but dried packs are ok. Where are you off to???

am going to thailand for 6 weeks, flying with thai airways, I'm struggling a wee bit, and thought about taking some packs as I drink so much water there as its so hot, plus I never have uch of an appetite

Hi - you can take a bar on the plane and buy a big bottle of water in the airport once you are through security - that is what I did when I went away recently. I took a load of tetras and powder packs in my suitcase which was fine and they survived the trip. I agree the heat doesn't make you that hungry which does help the diet. we only take hand luggage thats the problem, I know you could put them in the hold but as we only take hand luggage, would they be allowed in the cabin hold,
