Hi Becks, my chemist sold me the amount I needed, that is, about 10 packs for the week. I chose to stick with the ordinary ones, not maintainance products, coz it was a refeed for a holiday, not the end of my LT programme. They only do this for refeed, and won't sell any less than 21 packs normally. Cathy xx
