Teams?

Hi all new to this forum can someone tell me about what happens with the team thing I have seen please.

Hi angie, there is cd teams 6members in each and each week they compete to have the biggest % weight loss.

There is usally some team looking for a new member if someone has dropped out if you look in the cd team section you will get more of a idea.
