Teams?

Hi, (yet another newbie!).

Can I just ask how the teams work? Do they compete amongst each other or is it team vs team?

Also, how do you judge the winner? Is it lbs lost or percentage of weight lost or something else even?!

Hi - welcome. The teams compete against each other. The winning team is the one that has lost the most weight as a %. The team leader works it out and sends results to Irene who sorts out who has won. Join one - there are a few vacancies about. Team 3 has vacancies!! XX
