Please feel free to post your daily food diary and calories, if you know them. Receipes too.

Hopefully, we might get inspired and find low calorie meal and treats that we haven't already tried.

B: Special K
L: Soup, 1 slice of bread and l/f yogurt
T: 495 cal ready meal
S: Packet of l/f crisps, 1 small glass wine
1/2pt skimmed milk
 
Today I had..

B - 2 slices cinnamon & raison soda bread = 270 cals
L - Soup & soda farl = 500 cals
D - Pumpkin & Tomato Risotto = 300 cals
2 slices wholemeal bread = 172 cals

Extras - milk & sugar (coffee) = 81 cals
Dolce Gusto Cappuccino = 84 cals
Asda (BGTY) Bakewell Tart slice = 95 cals

Total = 1502
