Is it ok to be a blood donor

I am due to give blood ths friday and it is the totm also does anyone out there know if it is ok to give blood on LT.

Sorry Louty, I don't know. I'm guessing that it's probably not a good idea though, we're on such a low amount of calories that it probably would be bad for you.
