Ketosis

How many days does it take most of you to get into ketosis? how do you know? if there is a test where can I buy it from?

I am hoping it will happen quite quickly for me. one good thing I have acheived is I have stuck to water/mint tea and not returned to my first love of diet coke so hoping that will help

It depends from person to person but normally it is about 3 days of SS or SS+ and you can buy ketostix from your CDC or the pharmacy. They are white sticks that you wee on and if they go any shade of pink or purple then you are in ketosis.
