Was just wondering...
When i first did the plan this time last year i lost 6lb's in my first week. (Yayy.)
But i'm back on plan this week and due for a WI tomorrow night, now i know i shouldn't weigh myself before group and blah blah but i gave into temptation and my friends 'super-duper amazo' scales say i haven't lost anything...
Now all i can hope is that all scales are different...
But it did make me wonder, have any of you done the plan, lost weight, gone off plan, put on weight and then had not so fantastic results in your first week back as you did in the first week you started...?
I'm just lookng for reasons cause i've done everything right and exercised and a little down about it..
