Spoke to my cambridge counsellor today (she's lovely) and will begin the diet on Thursday...I'm almost a little scared! Does anyone have any advice for a new starter? Plus, my counsellor advised me to give up carbs till I start the diet thursday, but I'm not sure what I'll eat! Any suggestions? Thanks for reading!
