Thinking of starting LT

Hi all,

I've been waiting to start lighterlife for sometime now and just stumbled across Lipotrim.
I'm thinking that LT will be a better bet for me as the Lighterlifer counsellor is 15 miles away and my local pharmacy does Lipotrim which is less than a mile away.
How have you found LT and would you recomend it?
I have been on the website for info and most of you here are doing great on it.

hiya I would recommend lt to anyone and advise that you must be focused and in the rright frame of my I make no bones about it the diet is very hard especially the 1st week however it gets easier and the results are amazing
with a lot of will power you will succeed

all the best

Hi Sharon,

I've been waiting to start LL for almost a month now and I have cut down on my food intake especially carbs.
I am so focused and just want to get on with it. I googled LT to find out what it was about and was shocked to find out it was available to me just down the road.
I am annoyed I have wasted a month by waiting for LL to get back to me with a starting date.
I have spoken to pharmacy and my daughter is picking up a leaflet for me on her way home from work.
Please can you tell me how much you pay for LT as LL is £66 per week and seemed to be the most expensive?

HI MandyLupton

I pay £33 per week on LT.

Good luck with your weight loss

Thanks Minimam.

I'm going to the pharmacy tomorrow. I've read the leaflets and they charge £36 so it's significantly cheaper than LL.
I'm looking forward to joining you all very soon.

I strogly recommend LT. Great results, great well being from a diet giving balanced vitamins etc. Not to be taken lightly, and not to be messed with, so do not start before Christmas if you are intending to come off to eat Christmas meals etc, you would be much better served eating healthily during Christmas and going TFR on LT in January.

I found it fairly easy to be honest (now maintaining) the first 4 days were quite tough (but nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be) and had real hunger pangs (as you would expect) up to the end of week 2, but honestly found it fairly easy from week 3 onwards.

Stick to it 100% and you will be guaranteed to lose 1.5-2 stones in the first month and 1-1.5 stone a month from there on in. What other diet will guarantee you that!??

Biggest bonus for me, has been a significant increase in energy, far greater focus and mental agility (feel mentally much sharper than ever before) and I put that down to having the right daily balance of vitamins and minerals, possibly for the first time in my whole life!!

You need to be very determined and focussed for LT to work. But if that is you, then you will lose weight, you will feel better, and the results happen very quickly.

Do it!!!

Hi Milktrayman,

I started LT today but even if I had been on LL I was not going to eat over Xmas. My willpower is so strong because I have been looking forward to starting a vlcd for so long now. My family have accepted that I won't be eating Xmas lunch and really it is only one day.
I do apprieciate the advice though and I'm sure I will have low moments as well as highs so i'm going to give these boards a bashing for the next few months lol.

hi mandy i pay £36 and beleive its well worth good luck if you have a low moment come on here and share we have all done it and we toatally understand
dont forget to drink the water and please dont be tempted to weigh yourself at home some people on here have done that and been disappointed purely because the our weight fluctuates during the day so be strong wait for the weekly wi and use and abuse us

All the best you can do this
xx Sharron

DO it! best thing i have ever done!

Good Luck Mandy !!! :D:D

Its hard for the 1st few days, but then it becomes a lot easier & its so rewarding seeing the fat just melt away....go for it,good luck!!! caz xx

Thanks everyone,

I got through the first day and I'm not hungry!!!!!!
Before I did a lot of cutting down and had only protein meals, so I guess that had given me a bit of help.
I'm not really digging the soup though. Anyone else have this problem?

Hiya hun, glad to hear that ya went on LT, its a terrific diet ya just have to look at some of the amazing stories from people who have succeeded and look great. Regards to the soup try putting some black pepper on top or chilli flakes it adds some extra flavour to it. All the best with your first weigh in, ya seem to be determined in what you are doing!! I look forward to seeing your wi results, my thoughts are with ya, take care!!

Welcome Mandy and good luck.
Try the soup hot and as the others say, add black pepper and chilli flakes, but use a hand (stick) blender to whizz them in properly. Sainsburys have them for under a fiver, and probably so will Asda etc. It makes the soup really nice. xx
