9 pounds!!

Wow I was starting to panic a few weeks back when the scales didn't move at all.

7 more pounds and I go from being obese to being overweight!!

I can't wait

just goes to show - keep the faith and rewards will come

well done in fighting through the doldrum weeks when not much seemed to happen, the last 2 weeks are brill
