cant get going

i have been trying to get my weight down for a while now ,i seem to lose only on alternate weeks and then lose heart and the weight creeps back up,as it just has done,i feel motivated,but am struggling to remain so ,as my results are poor and i fear that my health will suffer if i dont find the solution soon to spur me on.I have 50 lbs+ to lose
 
Hi and welcome. Sorry to see you are having problems. I see you are on low fat what exactly are you doing? I try to concentrate on one day at a time and only weigh myself once a week at the class. Anything we can help you with?

i generally eat low fat due to stomach problems,but i tend to pick on as i can only eat small meals,i try to stick as far as i can to weight watchers type eating,i weigh myself at most once a week,and i try to not focus on "being on a diet " as for sure i will think more about eating if i dont stay relaxed about it,i have a very sweet tooth and fight sweet cravings a lot of the time,i eat very little bread or potatoes,and eat a good amount of vegetables daily.

If your struggling with your losses it might be worth while following a proper structured diet. Have you thought about doing WW properly, sounds as if it would suit you.
