Week 6 Weigh In - cracked the 20 stone barrier

Had my week 6 weigh in yesterday. Lost 3.3lbs - not as much as previous but I have to admit I have been naughty.

I was feeling really bad with man flu (bad cold) on Tuesday - and couldnt face CD soup in the evening, so had a bowl of bolognese sauce which my wife had cooked earlier for the family.

I also had a small glass of champagne at a company celebration - it would have looked churlish if I had not - by business partner worked really hard to achieve what he did at work and he bought the champers himself. (ps if you want to get 'merry' really quickly when you come off SS - have some bubbly - half a glass and I was quite light headed!!)

I admitted my 'sins' to the CDC counsellor yesterday and whilst she was nice and pleasant about it, I could tell she was slightly dissapointed, so I promise myself I will be a good boy this week

(ps - the wife also gave me a bo****king for nicking her lunch for the following day!)

BUT BUT BUT...... I have broken the Twenty Stone barrier - I no longer weigh 20 stone something!!! - I am now a weight 'teenager' and weigh 19 stone something.....now the goal seems real and achievable - while ever I was over the 20 stone mark it just seemed so far away.

02/10/08 Week One Lost 1st 3lbs
09/10/08 Week Two Lost 8lbs 3oz
16/10/08 Week Three Lost 4lbs 8oz
23/10/08 Week Four Lost 6lbs
30/10/08 Week Five Lost 6lbs 3oz
06/11/08 Week Six lost 3lbs

Total Weight lost after Six weeks - 3 stone 3lbs
