Exercise

Hello everyone!! hope all is well!:)

I just wanna ask for your opinion on weight watchers! Im currently at college mon- Fri from 9-5 and thn work most evenings! I never really have time to exercise. Do u think weight watchers could still work for me?
or will my weight loss be very very slow?
 
Exercise is not essential on WW but will tone you up and speed up your weighloss. There are lots of simple things you can do to increase your exercise without going to the gym; taking the steps instead of the lift, walking instead of going in the car or bus (or getting off a couple of stops earlier). Why not get a pedometer and try and increase the number of steps you walk a day?
