We have 3 spaces available on our moving mountains team and all I require from you is that you check in at least a couple of time a week (one being after you have your weigh in), and you tell me your weight loss by saturday moring at the latest each week.

I was in shape shifters but left to go onto ww but haven't lost any weight at all so am coming back to CD.
