im on the lipotrim diet started on the 20th october , ist weigh in last tuesday lost 9lbs, weigh in wensday this week as girl is on holiday, make sure you drink plenty of water , blend your shakes with ice cubes nice or make the choclate hot add coffee to vanilla and itll make a latee, good luck mariex

I started Lipotrim 2 days ago. I'm finding it's not too bad. My husband lost just over 3st on it about 6 months ago, it took him 6 weeks to lose that, but I was pregnant at the time so couldn't do it. I've never been so determined to do anything. We have two little girls and I want to be able to have the energy to play with them and run about the garden - so that's motivation for me!!
My husband found it was toughest the first week. The first three days are ment to be the worst. You are allowed tea and coffee with no milk in, I find a cup of coffee helps if I am feeling hungry because it supresses your food cravings.

hi i started lipotrim on the 3rd of nov, its now 10pm and i am starving, had the chicken soup for tea and that was much nicer than the others.
did your hubby put any weight back on? thats my main concern and also worried about feeling tired and washed out, you sound very determined like myself , it can only benefit us ,i need to lose 4 stone. it would be great to hear how you are getting on.
