Today i am combating my FEAR

16 years ago my grandad died at home while i was in town, ever since then i can not go in to town alone.
Today i am going to try and get rid of that fear and have a slow walk round town and try clothes on, all on my own.My friend is going to text me to help me along the way. I will be texting her as she is struggling these last few days on CD.
Im kinda nervous..but i am going to try my best.

Well i did it.I felt really good as soon as i realised i was okay. I was browsing in the shops..but i did not come home with anything for me, because everything was far too long;( i got chris two tops tho.I can do it now!
I am so happy

Hi LS. Yes that is so typical! Always happens.
My tooth is much better since i had the antibiotics. I managed to register with a dentist, and he said i need two fillings, so i go and have that done on wednesday.

I am so relieved not to have toothache anymore.
