thanks hun! i am proud but it's taken me a long time to feel that way. still got about 7st to lose though so hoping when i get there i will feel good about the way i look!!! xxx

i'd i've got some catching up to do with you honey :) you're doing so so well.. really need to get my progress pics taken now i'm over two stone...
 
you just have to stay in the zone then :) think positive and you will do it. i never thought i would get through a week without cheating let alone 13 weeks!!! it's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it xxx
 
hee. yeah. i suppose so :) 8 weeks to crimbo isn't it? i wanted to be at goal by then... but messed around with the other plans too much and then fell off with a bang after being ill... so it's my own fault. but hopefully i'll be at least a size 16...

You look fantastic - you can really see the difference in you - you are right to be dead chuffed with yourself.

I also have to say that you are incredibly photogenic - or just plain beautiful - whatever your size....(and no, I am not coming on to you....:D)
