IS it snowing there?

Just been watching the weather and can't quite believe about the snow.
Just wondered if you could let me know where you are and if it's snowing.....

Hiya Percy,
Its not snowing here but the water in my birdbath and other things with water in them in the garden are frozen about six inches deep.
Its minus 3!!
My daughter rang at 5.30 to say she needed to come round for a shower because her pipes were frozen and she has just gone on her way from Rossendale in Lancs to Heanor in Derbyshire so no doubt she will come across some snow on her way.
Brrrrrr, cold innit!!

no snow at Granthan but just de iced the car and 5mins later its frozen again.xx
 
Wow Whizzbang, that sounds cold. Sorry about your daughter comign round that early.....They never really leave home do they?

Same here Susan, but haven't needed to de-ice. OH went to work 30 mins ago and it was fine.

Funny that, it was all over the news this morning. I love snow too, and was looking forward to it starting...Thanks for the replies anyway..
 
my daughter has gone to Devon she said it was snowing last night at Basingstoke.
 
If you watch sky news weather I think they just look out the window and change it to what they can see at the time!!
