Help?!!

As i am new to all of this, i am just wondering how i can get a ticker factory weight monitor on my profile?! I have been to the site and made one up! I just dont know how to get it onto this site!!

theres a code bit on the bottom of the screen after you have completed your ticker, i think its a bb something code, copy and paste that into your signiture space in the user cp and then save it and your away with the tickers.
