I dont understand!

Last 2 weeks I've been feeling pretty ill. I could ignore it for the first week but it steadily built up over the last week to dizzy spells and constantly feeling like i'm gonna throw up.
I just rang the Pharmacy and there's no one from Lipotrim in, and they'll be closed tomoro, which is my weigh in day :( i wont be able to get to them until wednesday as I'm working all tuesday. I dont know what to do. I only have 2 weeks left and I would like to soldier on thru the sickness and dizziness but as it's escalating I'm worried it could become more serious :( I have enough satchets left over to get me to wednesday and a chat with the Pharmacist, so I'm hoping he'll tell me something good.
Has anyone else suffered nausea and dizzy spells? What did you do? I'm just finished week 6 so i'm in ketosis and everything. I dont understand why I feel so horrible

Im sorry to hear your feeling rough,i felt great & full of energy 2nd,3rd & 4th week, then i also started feeling dizzy & tired etc,but i had read so many threads of others feeling like this from time to time i didn't worry to much! i feel tons better again now,i just think you have to listen to your body sometimes & take it easy etc long bath, nap etc all helped me!! if your still worried might be a good idea to contact LT direct & see what they say!! hope you feel better soon! caz xx

AWW, i feel so bad 4 you, if it were me, i'd look up a different pharmacy locally that does LT and pop in there tomoz, are you drinking tons? hope you feel better soon, but do get youself checked out quick, maybe NHS direct or your GP

Hi hun sorry to hear you have not been feeling good.
Your dizzy spells could be due to low blood pressure which is common with vlcd's such as LT.
I think we have all experienced dizzy spells at one time or another but if you are worried (as you obviously are) the best advice to give you is to go visit your GP for advice.
Your health is the most important thing so if I was you I would either ring your Pharmacist monday morning for advice or make an appointment with your GP just to be on the safe side xxx

Just tried to get through to the Irish Lipotrim HQ, they not working on sundays sigh. I was feeling great on week 4 Caz, I was so optimistic all that week, then this. I dont normally complain huge amounts when I feel ill but this Just feels awful! have you ever fainted? You know that incredibly horrible feeling you get in your stomach before you black out? thats wat this feel like....

I have been pretty stressed lately, run off my feet and whatnot. missed shakes without realising and skimped on water but all this week ive been doing my best to get all my shakes and water, which is one of the reasons why im so confused about the feeling getting worse :( Almost passed out when I was in the pub on thursday night!

doesnt look like i'll be getting any help til tuesday at the earliest! Stoopid bank holiday! I dont even know if I have work tomoro or not! I wasnt told and I forgot that there was a bank holiday so i didnt ask. It's been a rotten week. Thank god my OH is back!

No didn't actually faint! but almost twice had to sit on the floor with my head between my knees...but i had been busy painting my fence(25 6ft panels) OH took over in the end & i had a rest or i dread to think!!! if you are working & you still feel poorly i suggest you try & take day off,you wont do yourself or anyone any favours if you end up collapsing etc...take it easy & hopefully your be able to speak to someone for advice soon!!! caz xx

Its sounds like low blood pressure woman. You should definitely get it checked out -by a doctor even. I felt quite bad on and off the first 2 weeks but its cleared -if its getting worse you shouldn't sit on it. Do you feel like it will be improved by eating?

I only work one and a half days a week Caz, one of the reasons I'm so very broke lol not mentioning the fact I havent actually been paid yet lol I living off savings.

unfortunately I do feel it would help if I ate but I'm not going to unless i'm told too. feels like quitting otherwise :( :p

Well if you got to go to work then just be carefull,& if you feel any worse might be a good idea to phone an out of hours doctor if possible....even if you just explain to doc over the phone, they might be able to give you some advice or even come out to check you out!!! anyway take it easy in the meantime....caz xx

I must admit, i've been feeling pretty bad the last coupla days too. Really dizzy, cystitis, pain around kidneys, weak etc etc, i wrote an email to LT on Friday (havn't heard back) but am carrying on atm til i hear otherwise. I need to drink a bit more today too. With me i believe its my lifestyle, i'm mostly on my feet rushing around, so i probably burn off a lot of energy, so in fact my body is struggling with all the changes, have you been more active??
Anyway, i'm 'due' anytime so it may be affecting it.
Could you wait & see what happens with the phone call first?
If i were you i wouldn't beat yourself up if you have to go on Maintenance early, you've done so well xx

no problem just you remember to take it easy:coffee: yep feet up with a nice warm drink!!! ille have fingers crossed you not working tomorrow...let us know how you get on!!! caz xx

I will indeed, i'm not in til 2 either way, but I'm really hoping for a nice relaxing day with my OH. he's just back from seatle :)
ooh very cosy...lol hope you get it!! relaxing day that is! chuckle chuckle!!!:D:D:D

how you feeling today??? did you speak to Dr??? caz xx

After so long on the diet i've been feeling sick aye. Trying to ignore it because i'm only staying on it for a few weeks longer. I have been getting the odd dizzy spell but not enough to be worried about. My chemist mentioned to me the other day the Lt is generally only recommended for about 3 months at the most. Maybe it's our bodies way of telling us we've had enough lol. I hope a chat with your chemist helps. I unfortunately am going to ignore it probably to the detriment of my health (yes I know I sound stupid), until it gets really bad and then I shall prepare for refeed.
