Just an update on my tracker. On RTM now and feeling v happy size 12 bottom 14 top. Saving up for a boob job!

Well done SNowmom!!! SO nice to hear from you! I often wonder where you have scooted off to! COngrats to you on your success!!

I am in week5 of RTM starting tomorrow. Kind of loving it - but kind of miss the simplicity of a few shakes a day and no shopping adn washing up. Strange that - but I have found eating again to be a bit, well, not such a wonderful miraculous thing like I used to. Or like I expected. Wierd that - but I think its a good thing to feel this way. How are you finding it?

COntinued success to you!!!

Hi there you,
finding it ok just on protein and greens at the minute. Now what you mean about it not being thrilling. I wasnt as good as you and did have a two week break in Turkey which i did enjoy but not fussed at the moment so thats good. So determined not to slide back into my old ways.

Ps youve done so well. Do you mind if i ask how your skin is?

Well - as I said to someone else not long ago....do you wnat the TRUTH truth, or do you want a fluffy truth? :D

It'd be OK if I were 90! :rotflmao:

It was doing OK until about the last stone that went - then it got very very loose. BUT - after nearly 10 stone, I kind of expected it.

My OH assures me its slightly improving, but I am not convinced. It takes a year after drastic weight loss for sking to snap back as much as it iwll, so its early days.

Its far better then the fat - and its only a prob if I am nekkid. :D So I will not be going on Gok's Look Good Naked show!!! :D

I'm hopeful toning and exercise will help. IF not - I am also starting a nip/tuck fund. ;)

How about yours? How did you fare?

I'm so happy to hear you reached your goal. Thats marvelous!!! :) :) :)

<<hugs>>

And don;t be such a stranger you! :D

lol BL. I've started a nip/tuck fund too. Skin is awful but I'm going to give it 12 months. It's not the end of the world though-and much better than having inches of blubber there instead xx

Absolutely right Rachel! Would never trade back for what I had in a million years! This year, losing theweight has gone so fast - whats a nother 12 months, to see where we get,ay?

Truth be told - I find the loose skin fascinating, and playw ith it sometimes. Makes my hubby squeamish. :giggle: BUt he is under strict instruction that he must love every bit of loose skin and every crepey bit, because they are all representative of my lifes dissappointments and mistakes and now added to that list, triumphs.

Bless him - every day he tells me its so much better then the day before. God love a man that does not care about a womans body. I am very lucky this second time around. :)

I told my hubby I will just hang upside down, let gracity do its thing, then we'll tie it all in a knot at the top of my head. :D :giggle:

xx

Lol. Tying a knot in the top of your head. I'm suprised it's not been tried before!
I'm the same with my skin. Fascinating the wierd shapes and faces it makes at me now. Will give it 12 months and then make a decision if I can live with it the way it is. In the mean time, my man quite loves it and as you say, it represents a lot too. Just like the fat I was carrying around did. And now that's gone, so is that part of my life. Apart from the reminders in the form of my saggy skin of course!

I'm hoping that at least some of my skin pinafore will disappear as I shrink - lol! I keep moisturising every day and hope for the best - not worried about stretch marks so much but what will happen to my neck is worrying me.
