Saturday are my toughest days for some reason, so I have to try and keep busy and my mind off food

Good here. Weather sunny and dry. Still cold though.

I've had a little music party with my little uns this morning. Lots of carols played..and singing. All under 6 years old...very sweet.

Got a party to give to my boomwhacker band and A level group. Going to join them together (not literally), cos they all want to play the cup game. How childish for teenagers

The cup game is manic. We sit in a circle, use brightly coloured cups and play it to music. Bit hard to explain...like a kind of hand jive, but very effective when we've done it in concerts.

It sort of rained on and off but it is very cold....

Was out shopping and it was very Christmassy!!! Carol singers and free food and drink and lots and lost of chocolate but I was very good and home now so much have a milkshake and need some topping up with water...

Hard work though. I'm exhausted!

woke up with migraine and upset stomach ..had to have something to eat to take tablets ......head gone, on antibiotics for tooth abcess .......feel awful about diet .....so really screwed up now !!! .......but i'm ready for Christmas !!
