Hi Guys
Hope your all doing well- I haven't been on here for about 2 weeks as I was on re feed to go on hols- really miserable now as I put on 10lbs SHOCKING!!!! Has anyone else been on break then back on as I find it harder now than starting it !!:sigh:
 
HI! I think the general consensus seems to be that each attempt is harder than the previous so you may well be in for a few rough days. From personal experience I can say that this is definitely so but them ore determined you are the easier it is to stay focussed.

You were doing briliantly well before your break so you know that you have it in you to do it -and you already know what it entails. Dont worry about the gain, it'll come of in no time.

As rose has said it will be hard to get back on to it but we are all here for ya and ya will have 10lbs off no probs. Gud luck chick, we are with ya all the way
 
Yeah I went on holiday had a brill time came home lost 3lb totally screwed with my head keep thinking I can eat and loose weight, dreading the WI on tues.
take 1 day at a time be strong

I'm in the same situation, had about 6 weeks off LT and put 14lb on, did have lots of vodka & cake though (it was my birthday, i dont usually live off vodka & cake) I have just started LT again this week, not finding it too bad though, i think it's because i now know exactly what to expect. Good luck anyway x
 
Hi Casperos,
It is certainly (for me) harder but I keep on thinking what somebody said here before: I am losing weight and others are gaining specially in the cold weather and during Christmas. Next summer I will be on target and they are not.

feel better today and on scales seem to be back to what I was before! trying to stay positive now thanks for support x

I think the refeed thing should be explained in clearer instruction, Its such a pity to screw up after such hard work.
