What shall i have for dinner?

Hi guys,

anyone got any ideas on what to have for dinner tonight, i have to go shopping so il buy it tonight, can be red or green x

I don't know if it's any help, but we're having chicken and bacon melt. A chicken breast wrapped in bacon and covered in cheese, bung it in the oven and enjoy. I'm not sure if I'm going to try VLF cottage cheese on mine or whether to go for the very low fat grated hard cheese. with it I'm having cauliflower, leek and swede mash and I've got a bag of carrot/cabbage/leek pre-chopped (I'm a lazy git, bought it at asda) that I'll nuke.
