I saw my CDC this morning and I now weigh 15st 10lbs!!! I am now only 4lbs away from losing 4 stone!!!!! whoo hooo!!!!

Cannot believe it. So guess what my target is this week???? Yep..... to get to 15st 6 lbs next week!!!!

This is so major. I love it!!!!

Brilliant. I've just hit the 3 stone mark. Roll on 4 stone! You must be really excited. What an incentive to stick to it 100% this week.

Well done, your doing fantastic, I've lost just over 3 and feel so much better, getting compliments even....Last time I finished too soo cos I did feel that much better but I'm stopping at a comfortable 10 this time, not a tight 12...good luck with the rest of your journey
