Hi everyone, i have a confession to make! whilst most of you were sleeping last night,i got up at 3.30 & did it!!! yes i ate (2 slices of wholemeal bread with sliced cucumber & 4 baby plum tomatoes) just couldn't seem to stop myself...feel bad today,like iv'e really let myself down!! i thought i was in total control,but obviously not! :eatdrink023::argh: im so angry with myself....just hope im strong enough not to let it happen again!!!
 
I am not without sin. But what I never did was eat carbs. If you really can't go on and you really HAVE to eat something, make it a cherry tomato or a piece of wafer thin ham. It's amazing how something so little can make you feel so much better (till the guilt kicks in) and you'll stay in ketosis.

I know i should'nt of eaten carbs...i just did'nt think at the time....i just felt so hungry...still, hope to put it all behind me & get back on track!!! well thats the plan anyway!
 
OoHH Caz! Never mind, draw a line under it and move on.
Zayna is right though, if you must nibble, stick to protien type things, (not that I'm advocating cheating, but we've all been there)

No its not 15wks i think your looking at cathy's thread...im only in 7th wk! but yes 1st time ive cheated,hopefully i wont do it again!!! no i wont...must try to be positive!!! caz xx
