Had my first weight in tonight after joining last thursday! and i lost 7lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im chuffed to bits!!! and got my half stone award today too

Thanks everyone!!! im so happy and its definatley given me a huge boost!! i had a treat last night for this, which i will do after each weigh in on thursdays! as an incentive
