Hello everyone! My name is Bec and I'm an American gal who moved to the UK to marry a lovely Welshman. However, the past year of transition has encompassed so many obstacles and the availability of yummy (although guilt-ridden) foods is copious in these parts and as a result, I have lost my former svelte wedding body and cannot seem to get back to a regulated eating regime. I'm allergic to dairy so it really limits what food I can consume and I just can't see to find any eating plan that works. I'd really appreciate any input you could offer!!!!
