flakey skin

Since being on LT Ive started to develope some kind of dry skin on my left hand.

Itchy and flakey. never suffered from any type of exyma or whatever it is. has any one else come across this on there journey

some people find that as there are no oils or fats in their diet their skin gets a bit drier its nothing to worry about unless you know you have an allergy to something in LT, just lash it in hand cream and itll be ok

generally i've found my skin to be in much better condition but my hands do tend to get drier than they did.

Mind you, my OH pointed out that I go to the loo so many times a day from drinking so much water that my hands are probably drying out from washing them so many times - so i'm lashing on the handcream!!

no flakey skin but am drinking loads of water and aplying skin firming creams so that could be why lol

Thank god no flakey skin here but i am applying extra body lotion just incase.....time to stock up!
