Ideal weight?

Hi folks, i am checking on a few websites to figure out what my ideal weight should be some are saying max 11st 4 and others are saying 12 st 6 for my height which is 5ft 10 its confusing! can anyone help me get the answer?

There is not one weight for your height. They usually give a range.

this is the maximum the minimum or the range is about 9 stone and i dont really want to be 9 stone i dont think

sounds low for 5 foot 10. if you go to www.cambridge-diet.co.uk i think they have a height and weight chart on there and that is what your cdc will use...

although now i've said that i can't find it. i know it's in the cambridge leaflets though...

I'm 5 10 and when i'm 12st i'm still a size 14 top 16 bottom, depends on your shape but i think you could happily go lower, i know i intend to xx

Thank you hun!!! jeez me being lower than 12 stone who would dream of it, come to think of it me being lower than 14 stone lol who would think of it.... One step at a time lol better start the diet first lol
